Where do you ship?
The United States and Canada. Everything ships from our US fulfilment facilities.
What does shipping cost?
$14 flat to the US, $29 flat to Canada. Canada costs more because every parcel crosses the border via international carrier.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are made to order and usually leave within 2–3 business days. After that, 2–4 business days in transit within the US and 3–5 to Canada.
Will I pay customs on a Canadian order?
Possibly, yes. Parcels ship Delivery Duties Unpaid, so the carrier may collect duties, import fees or tax at delivery. These are set by Canadian customs, not by us, and aren't included in the checkout total. Full detail is on our shipping page.
Returns
Can I return a product?
Unopened products in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Because supplements are consumable goods, opened items can't be resold and aren't eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it. You won't pay return shipping on our mistake.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Products and usage
How do I know what's actually in the bottle?
Every batch has a third-party Certificate of Analysis. Ask us and we'll send the COA for your batch.
Where are your products made?
In the United States, in FDA-registered, GMP-certified facilities.
How much should I take?
Follow the suggested use on the label — it's specific to that formula and its dosage. We can't recommend amounts beyond what's printed there.
Can I take more than one product together?
Often yes, but it depends on the formulas and on you. Check the labels for overlapping ingredients, and talk to a pharmacist or doctor before stacking products — particularly if you take prescription medication.
Who shouldn't take these?
Anyone pregnant or nursing, anyone under 18, and anyone with a diagnosed medical condition or on medication should speak to a healthcare professional before starting any supplement. This isn't legal boilerplate — interactions are real.
Are these products FDA approved?
No, and no dietary supplement is. The FDA doesn't approve supplements before sale. What we can tell you is that our facilities are FDA-registered and inspected, and every batch is third-party tested. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as fast as you can. Once an order enters fulfilment we usually can't stop it, but we'll try.
Where's my tracking?
It's emailed when the carrier collects your parcel. Check spam before assuming it's missing.
