UrMuscle ships to the United States and Canada. All orders leave from our fulfilment partner's facilities in the United States.
Rates and delivery times

Orders are made to order and typically leave the facility within 2–3 business days. Transit time begins once the parcel is collected by the carrier.
Customs and import fees for Canadian orders
Because every order ships from the United States, Canadian parcels cross the border and are sent Delivery Duties Unpaid. This means Canadian customers may be charged customs duties, import fees, or GST/HST by the carrier at the time of delivery.
These charges are set by the Canada Border Services Agency, not by UrMuscle. They are not included in the shipping rate shown at checkout, and we are not able to prepay or waive them. Please factor this in before ordering.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is collected by the carrier. If it hasn't arrived within 24 hours of your shipping confirmation, check your spam folder before contacting us.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address can be reshipped, but the second shipping charge is the customer's responsibility.
