Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from this store. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you give us is accurate.

Health and product information

Our products are food supplements. They are not medicines and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication, or living with a health condition, speak to a qualified healthcare professional before using any supplement. Always read the label and do not exceed the stated serving.

Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is unavailable, where a price or description was published in error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order that you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time before you order. We take reasonable care with pricing, but if an obvious error occurs we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We do not store your card details.

Product descriptions and images

We work hard to describe doses, forms and price per serving accurately. Packaging, labels and formulations can be updated by manufacturers, so the product you receive may differ slightly in appearance from the images shown. The label on the product you receive is always the authority.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our shipping policy and returns are covered by our return and refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to break any law, to introduce malicious code, to scrape or copy our content for commercial use, to harass others, or to interfere with the security of the site.

Our content

The text, images, branding and design on this site belong to UrMuscle or our licensors. You may view and share them for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use needs our written permission.

Customer content

If you send us reviews, photos, comments or other material, you keep ownership of it and you give us permission to publish and use it in connection with our store. Do not send anything you do not have the right to share.
